Our philosophy of ministry is simple – every member is a minister and every member has a ministry. The Body of Christ is composed of many members, each having a part to play in the operation of the whole (1 Corinthians 12:12 – 13). As the members fulfill their functions, so the church is able to fulfill hers – to represent Christ on the earth, who is the head of the body.
